Recently, (And what I mean by "recently" I mean this past year) I have come upon a curious TV show that I really didn't get at first. It intrigued me. It was extremely girly, but there was something about it that shouted to me that this was something I should watch. So, later on that night, when my brother and sister was asleep and my folks were out of the house (it was Friday) I went back to watch it again. And I started to get hooked. I didn't spend as much time on the Internet as I do now so all I could do was look for the next recording. It turned out that there was an entire section for this show on demand. So I watched another one. And from then on, I was hooked. What was that show? you may ask. It was... My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. Yes, I am a brony. Point and laugh if you want, but I'm telling you, it is a great show.
Why do I like it? I HAVE NO FREAKING IDEA! I JUST DO. It is such a good show but I have no idea why. It has that much magnetism. Now, right I'm rewriting this section so, that means I've had some time to think about this subject. So, here it is, my confession.
Now that I've had time to think about the reasons I like this show, I can now fully explain my motives for enjoying this show. The reasons I like this show is because of so many things. But one of them is the comedy. Their comedy is the funniest I've ever seen in ages. And since I'm 18, I understand most of it. Granted some things go over my head, but after I finish watching commentaries by the Fiery Joker and others, I get it. Plus it has the most clever cultural references I have ever seen. Like in the Return of Harmony two parter. It had John DeLancy doing the voice for Discord. John DeLancy is the person who played as Captain Q in Star Trek. FREAKING CAPTAIN Q WAS PLAYING DISCORD! And the two are almost exactly alike. The behavior, the way they come in, even their powers. It is AWESOME!
Plus later in the show it show three apple bunches that tell the past, present, and future. This links directly to the Greek Fates; the keepers of history. And at then it has the ceremony that is played in Star Wars episode 4 as an outro.
Great! Now this is turning into a episodic review! Back to topic! SEGWAY!
But, like I said, the humor is very refreshing compared to others that I remember from my childhood. It uses the references sparingly and even makes fun of it's own franchise from time to time. The verbal jokes, though, are the best ones.
Another reason I like the show is the characters. There is so much verity. From the mischievous Discord to Twilight Sparkle. There is so much color to them, even though they are shoved into their various stereotypes. It is very refreshing. My favorite main character has got to be Pinkie Pie. She is so d*mn funny that I nearly piss on myself sometimes. My favorite villain has to be Discord. He's funny in the fact that he bends the laws of physics in a way that is just cool. And plus his personality spells chaos. The minor character that I like the most is the Flim Flam Brothers. They just have that sort of flare that spells that they are scammers. I would love to see more of them. Plus the episode that they were in was very well done and it gave a sort of flare that needs to be seen again.
There is one thing that really bothers me though. *Hands out earplugs* THERE PRACTICALLY NO MALES!!!!!!!! I mean seriously! There HAS to be at lease a 50/50 percentage of males to females. Or at lease 30/70 Males to females. I mean come on! Everywhere you look there are girls, girls, GIRLS, GIRLS! I mean, I surprised that they aren't extinct yet. But still, the characters are pretty cool.
What I also like about the show is the animation. It is very crisp, clean, and new. There isn't another show that has animation like this show does. But even though it is 2D, the developers aren't afraid to bring in a little 3D into the mix. A prime example was the episode Spike At Your Service, when the timberwolves came out. You could tell that they were 3D. But it still looked like MLP. These guys know what they are doing most of the time. There are many episodes that were sub-par, but overall they are very good.
The last thing that I really like is the innovation of the plot. It's got a HUGE amount of plotholes but this show isn't easy to make. It is very creative. And the creativity that these guys have is unparalleled. The references are very well placed and the writing for the stories are usually very good. Like I've said, there are some episodes that don't work out so well. But it's forgivable because the majority of the episodes are good.
Now, believe it or not, I am a fan to the point of making another storyline to MLP. In a later section I'm going to expound on my ideas . So, sit tight.

My letter to the FCC
Attention to those at the FCC,
My name is David Sergio Gonzalez. I am a young man living in Florida and I am an avid user of the internet, using several services including, but not limited to, Google, YouTube, Facebook, DevientArt, Wattpad, Twitter, and many other independent and owned sites. I am asking for you to refrain from voting to end net neutrality.
Net neutrality allows millions across the world the ability to have access to whatever site that they wish, whenever they wish. By allowing Internet Providers to restrict and control the flow rate for various sites is blatant and obvious that they wish to monopolize services like how e

Vlad's Theme
Hello all, I'm sorry I haven't written ANYTHING lately. I've been VERY busy with my new job. I'm doing fine. I haven't died... yet. XD
I was looking over the old Secret Society book and I realised something. I NEVER GAVE VLAD VOLKA A THEME SONG!!!!!! HOW COULD I BE SO STUPID?! That's why I need your help. I'll give you his bio in this entry(you can write fanficts or draw him if you want, but he officially belongs to my friend Hannah Jennings(and in part by me since I made him first)) and then a selection of songs that I think would suit him well. If you have another song in mind, comment on it please so I can look it up.
Vlad Volka's origin
I Need Help
Hey everyone! I need help with something. I'm writing a section of a book that relates to a "What If" scenario. I am writing a Death Brawl section in a book on Wattpad. What is "Death Brawl"? It's just like Death Battle and Deadliest Warrior. I basically take two major characters from different books and I analyze everything about them before deciding with one would win a fight against each other to the death. Hence, Death Brawl. Now I already have the characters that I want... But I like both of them so much that I can't decide who would win the fight. That's why I need help. Here are the details:
PS: Both of these characters are Werewolves

MLP FOREVER!!! XD
I question Pinkie's methods and other weird things about her, but then I think.
"It's Pinkie Pie. I shouldn't question it." XD
